Registration is possible 90 days and no later than 60 days before the planned term.

Requirements for registration at the administrative unit:

- Consent of our administrative unit (the application form for the consent can be sent by e-mail. The application form must contain the date of the planned wedding, personal information of the bride and the groom – first name, surname, address and the address to which we should send the consent)
- Written application form, in which you must provide important reasons for the marriage declaration outside the official places
- IDs
- Information of witnesses to a marriage
- A proof of cessation of the previous marriage (in case either of the two has been married before)

Costs:

By handing the application form in at the administrative unit Ljubljana it is necessary to pay the administrative tax to the amount of 49.64 EUR.
The usage of rooms in Polhov Gradec manor house, which involves the reception for the newlyweds and wedding guests; the usage of rooms and the staff for the wedding protocol and feast; opening of the champagne with a sabre and a wedding gift for the newlyweds, costs 225 EUR. A sparkling wine is not included in the price.
